As I shared the most impactful 8 years in Indigenous Business Development at Suncor, a fellow fisherman leaned in and said, “You’ve got knowledge and passion—why not use it to uplift Communities across Canada?” Those words echoed in my mind, and I knew I had a new purpose.
And so, Partner Advantage was born - a niche consulting firm laser-focused on Indigenous business development. Our compass? Passion, purpose, and an unwavering commitment to change lives. This is about impact.
